Today in Class I learned about 3 Point Lighting. If you want to light your subject proportionately you need 3 lights. Your Key light, Fill light, and Back light. For more information on lighting here are some links that can explain it better than I can. :)

First, you need your Key Light.

Second, you need your Fill Light.

Finally, you need your Backlight and then you have a beautiful lit subject for your photo!! :)

My Best Friend and I

Meet Haley :) She's one of my best friends and I love her to death!

We decided to do a BFF photo shoot and here are the pictures!

We always have each other's back :)

Mocha: My puppy

Merry Christmas from Mocha :) I put her in a little reindeer outfit and she was really good! I fed her treats while I took pictures.

Santa Hat Strawberries

I love the Christmas season :) So my friend, Haley and I made Santa Hat Strawberries! They were super easy and cute! And our families loved them!

You will need:

1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips (any brand is okay!)
Strawberries
Spoon
Knife
Small bowl
Wax paper

The steps are really easy!

First, wash your strawberries.
Pick out the strawberries that have a pointy top and get rid of the ones that don't!
Cut off the ends off the strawberries and throw them away. Then dry your strawberries with a paper towel.
Melt your white chocolate in the microwave. To do that just put it in for 30 seconds and take it out every 10 seconds to stir it.
Lay out your wax paper.
Take a spoon and put a little bit of chocolate in it then make a little blob on the wax paper. Press the bottom of the strawberry on it so you create the bottom of the hat. Do that to all of them.
With the end of the spoon or with your finger, dab it in white chocolate then lightly make a little ball on the top of the strawberry. Do that to all of them.
Put in fridge for 30 minutes.
Enjoy your cute little santa hats!

This is a great treat to bring to a christmas party if you ran out of time and you need something fast and easy to bring.

New Outlet Mall!

A new Outlet mall just opened the other day and I went! I didn't want to spend too much because Black Friday is coming and I want to get people gifts for the Holidays. But I can see myself coming here often! My mom and I drove there and it was crazy! People were everywhere and they were acting a bit chaotic. We grabbed lunch at this 50's inspired diner and then shopped!

While I was taking pictures by this Christmas Tree, a little boy cam up to me and asked me if I was Taylor Swift. I was flattered :)

The only purchase I made was at Michael Kors and I got this adorable tweed dress below

Featuring....MOCHA! Literally

Kind of early especially for a Saturday morning to post on my blog but everyone please meet my adorable puppy, Mocha :) I took her on a walk and she loved it haha! And the photo sesh of course! She's a mix of a Miniature Pinscher and a Jack Russel. I love her to pieces! Speaking of mocha....I love pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks. Just saying.
